Most people think barbecue is just about grilling. Authentic barbecue is so much more.
Our ribs are rubbed with our Original Bulelani BBQ Rub, then smoked over low, indirect heat for at least five hours. The result is meat that’s fall-off-the-bone tender, juicy and infused with smoky BBQ flavor.
Our maple syrup smoked salmon takes four hours to prepare, from start to finish. We brine it to seal in the moisture, so it’s always soft and succulent.
Choose from our delicious sides: Ossie’s baked beans, coleslaw, and potato salad (or all three). Our famous white chocolate cheesecake ends the night right.
We are now located at Kinkerstraat 24.
We have teamed up with Scrapyard and will be permanently at this location. The kitchen is open from 18 – 22 between Weds to Saturday. As we are just starting out please check that we are open on the day you wish to visit.
